You’re not allowed to copy any part of the website, or our trademarks in any way. The website itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Learntime.ai.
The team is committed to ensuring that the website is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the service or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. Learntime.ai’s features can change in the future, including adding and removing features, restricting the list of features available in the free/paid plan. We will never charge you for the website or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
You will be able to use all the Pro features after you subscribe. The details of the Pro features are available on the pricing page.
We allow refunds within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
You are not allowed to share your subscription/login details with anyone.
Your subscription allows you to use Learntime.ai as long as you are subscribed. We will continue to update Learntime.ai with new features and upgrades in the future. By default, all future upgrades are provided to you for free; however, we reserve the right to sell future upgrades at an additional purchase if we think it is reasonable.
We also reserve the right to update the Pro price plan, with or without introducing new features. If there is a change in the Pro price plan, you will be notified in advance, and the changes will apply to future subscription periods. Current subscribers will not be affected by the price change until their next subscription renewal.
It is not warranted that Learntime.ai will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Learntime.ai does not give any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. Learntime.ai shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by Learntime.ai’s negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by Learntime.ai. Learntime.ai shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that Learntime.ai is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Learntime.ai’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release Learntime.ai from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.
We are committed to providing fair access to our services for all users. Users’ requests to LLM providers may be throttled under conditions where the user has too many requests in one day. This is to ensure that all users have equal access to the services and to manage costs effectively. If you require higher usage limits, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These terms and conditions are effective as of 15 July 2024.
