We are committed to minimising the amount of personal data we collect. We do not store the following information:

  • Conversations with the AI Mentor: We do not permanently store any conversations you have with the AI mentor. Conversations are destroyed after recall session.
  • Billing Information: We do not store any billing information. All billing information is handled securely by Stripe.

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

  • To provide and manage our services: We use your email address to create and manage your account, and to communicate with you about your account and our services.
  • To improve our services: We use recall scores, incorrectly recalled facts, and topic study sheets to personalise and improve the learning experience for you and other users.

5. AI mentor and data transmission

When you send a message on Learntime, the website sends a request to one or more LLM (Large Language Model) providers. Currently, these providers are Google Gemini and DeepInfra. Requests are sent directly from your browser to LLM server using a secured transport protocol (HTTPS). There is no middle server involved, ensuring that no one else can see the requests, responses, and their content.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
